SWE Homes is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our Marketing Department. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the fundamentals of marketing in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team, including data entry, document formatting, and report preparation
- Assist with website updates, including uploading property listings, photos, and content
- Help manage and organize property listings in accordance with internal systems and MLS guidelines
- Proofread marketing materials such as property listings, flyers, brochures, and website content
- Assist with the creation and organization of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, presentations, etc.)
- Conduct basic research to support marketing projects and campaigns
- Support the coordination of marketing initiatives, events, and internal projects
- Maintain organized records of marketing files, images, and documents
- Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED
- Perusing a marketing related degree preferred
- 1 –2 years marketing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with data entry and document management
