Position Overview
Must pass hair follicle drug test. Test will pull any drug back to 90 days.
Position located in Southwest Houston.
We are seeking individuals with organizational skills and a process driven mind. This job requires someone that can focus and concentrate for an extended period of time on tasks that are repetitive, but require attention to detail.
ResponsibilitiesThe role involves prepping documents for scanning and indexing documents.
Document indexing in records management is the process of organizing and categorizing documents by assigning specific attributes or tags, making them searchable and easily retrievable. This involves identifying key information within the document (either directly from the text or from a controlled vocabulary) and using it to create searchable metadata or index terms. Essentially, it's like creating a table of contents or an index for your digital or physical files, enabling efficient information access.
Scheduleand Duration
This role is for one year or longer (project timeline) and on-site daily.
This is a 9/80 schedule where you are off every other Friday. Working hours can be 6AM-4PM or 6:30 to 4:30.
QualificationsLooking for a minimum of 3-5 years in a corporate environment. Must have Excel and Outlook skills.
