About the RoleADMFA AUDIO is seeking a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Houston. This in-person role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and being the first point of contact in a creative, fast-paced studio and event environment.
Work Schedule & Location- Location: ADMFA Private Studio — 6210 S Dairy Ashford Rd, Houston, TX 77072
- Type: Part-Time, On-Site
- Schedule: 25–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday
- Some evening or weekend availability may be required for events.
- Greet visitors, artists, and clients upon arrival with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the right department.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is always tidy and welcoming.
- Manage daily bookings, appointments, and client check-ins for studio sessions and events.
- Assist the operations and event production teams with administrative support tasks.
- Handle data entry, document filing, and assist in processing rental forms or invoices.
- Provide light support for venue tours, scheduling, and client correspondence.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy, creative environment.
- Professional appearance and punctual attendance required.
- Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or CRM tools a plus.
- Hourly rate: $17–$20/hour
