Finance Assistant

• We are looking for a Finance Assistant to support our finance team. The role mainly involves handling Accounts Payable tasks and Document Control to ensure smooth financial operations.

• ✔ Maintain suppliers / contracts / agreements
• ✔ Process and manage supplier invoices, obtain approval
• ✔ Preparing and coordinating payments
• ✔ Handle proper filing and document control on customers web portals
• ✔ Assist with monthly closing activities
• ✔ Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

• ✔ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ✔ Knowledge of accounting principles
• ✔ Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• ✔ Responsible, reliable, and positive working attitude
• ✔ Able to work independently and as part of a team
• ✔ Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
