Progressive Technology is seeking a professional, courteous, and organized Corporate Receptionist to serve as the face of our office. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic corporate environment, enjoys interacting with clients and staff, and can manage a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming front office environment and providing essential administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Manage the front desk, answer incoming calls, and route them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendar management for senior executives.
- Assist with travel arrangements, visitor management, and internal event coordination.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Support the HR/Admin team with document preparation, filing, and database entry.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role.
- Experience working in a corporate or professional office setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and multi-line phone systems is required.
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Occasional flexibility required during high-volume or special company events.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations.
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
