Job Description
Responsible for following a filing system and organizing records, such as legal documents, case files, and invoices according to the coordinating system. The File Clerk will do data entry, close files, maintain boxes, and manage filing lists. Other duties may include mailing, faxing, scanning, and using the copy machine.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, seeking an office setting.
- Open availability and own transportation.
