As a Parts Warranty Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate warranty claims, handling parts returns, and supporting warranty processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities include- Interpret job folders to prepare timely and accurate Caterpillar warranty claims
- Use Caterpillar systems such as SIS, DBS, SIMSI, SIB, and ADZ
142 to gather required information - Document requested parts and prepare all “Send It Back” Cat parts returns for shipment
- Register new machine and engine warranty coverage and maintain accurate delivery records
- Respond quickly and accurately to warranty-related questions
- Resolve warranty issues for shops, customers, and other Cat dealers
- Maintain organized documentation and follow established warranty procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of warranty-related experience
, or experience in construction, engine, or technical fields - Basic computer skills and 1–2 years of data entry experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
