High School Front Desk and Substitute Coordinator
Join The Saint Constantine School as the High School Front Desk and Substitute Coordinator. The role supports daily campus operations and the substitute‑teacher management system, providing essential front desk coverage, ensuring safety and orderly flow of high school students and visitors, and maintaining consistent instructional coverage across campus.
Primary Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the high school front desk to ensure a safe, orderly environment.
- Monitor student movement, greet visitors, and uphold campus security procedures.
- Enforce school rules and expectations with high school students consistently and confidently, maintaining a respectful and professional tone.
- Support the K–12 Coordinator by assisting with daily operations, communication needs, and front desk tasks.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and walk‑up inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain accurate student logs, visitor check‑ins, and campus documentation as directed.
- Serve as a steady point of contact for faculty, students, parents, and guests during school hours.
- Update and maintain the substitute calendar in real time to ensure adequate coverage and assist substitute teachers upon arrival.
- Communicate with administrators regarding unresolved coverage needs or emergency situations.
- Adapt quickly to last‑minute changes, balancing coverage timelines and operational constraints.
- Assist academic leadership and HR with clerical duties as needed.
- Additional administrative and clerical duties as time permits.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle time‑sensitive tasks reliably.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional in a busy front‑desk environment.
- Demonstrated confidence in enforcing rules and maintaining boundaries with high school students.
- Experience in a school or customer‑service setting preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistency.
- On campus:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with after‑hours monitoring of substitute requests. - Full‑time, 10‑month employee.
- Salary: $30,000 – $35,000.
- Health insurance paid by the school (family coverage at employee’s option and cost).
- Life insurance, long‑term and short‑term disability paid by the school.

- Tuition remission.
- Reports directly to the K–12 Coordinator for front desk duties.
- Reports to HR Manager as Substitute Coordinator.
