AboutThe Role
As a Mobile Data Verification Clerk, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying data collected via mobile devices. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help maintain data integrity across various projects and contribute to the overall success of our data management processes.
Key Objectives- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of mobile-collected data through thorough verification processes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries promptly
- Collaborate with field teams and data managers to improve data collection methods and quality
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to data verification activities
- Review data submissions from mobile devices for consistency, accuracy, and completeness
- Cross-check data against source documents or databases to confirm validity
- Flag and report anomalies or inconsistencies to relevant teams for correction
- Update and maintain verification logs and reports
- Assist in training field staff on data quality standards and verification protocols
- Support the implementation of data quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection guidelines at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in data verification, quality control, or related roles
- Familiarity with mobile data collection tools and platforms
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using computers and basic data management software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
- Experience working with mobile data collection apps such as Survey
CTO, Ko Bo Toolbox , or similar - Basic understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices
