Events and Sales Assistant

Description

Position Overview:

Communiboost We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Events and Sales Assistant to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our events and sales initiatives. In this fast-paced and engaging position, you will collaborate closely with our events team to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to community activities.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 hourly

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, workshops, and social gatherings.
  • Coordinate logistics for events such as venue selection, catering arrangements, and audio-visual setup.
  • Support the sales team in generating leads by conducting market research and database management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on sales inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and promotional content for events and sales activities.
  • Attend and support events on-site, ensuring all aspects are running smoothly and addressing any issues that may arise.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in event planning or sales support is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
  • Familiarity with using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
