Division Lead for Direct Hire Recruiting | Accounting - Finance - Operations - HR - Sales
CCL Global is partnering with a fast‑growing, private‑equity backed energy services company in Houston to identify an AR Lead. This is a hands‑on, administrative‑focused role supporting the accounting team and day‑to‑day office operations.
The company operates with a small, collaborative team where every employee plays a meaningful role. This is a newly created position with opportunity for growth as the business expands.
What You’ll Do- Manage and process AR, matching invoices and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain organized AR records and aging schedules
- Assist with weekly payroll processing and review timesheets
- Answer vendor and internal inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and payroll
- Support month‑end tasks, basic GL coding checks, and reconciliations
- Partner with AP on credit card and expense‑related tasks
- Assist with office coordination, documentation, and workflow prep
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and other teams as needed
- Support knowledge transfer and transition from a retiring employee

- Accounts Receivable experience or strong administrative experience involving AR
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables a plus)
- Quick Books Online experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and follow‑through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, growing environment
- Adaptability and willingness to take on varied responsibilities
