Receptionist Sales Support
Summary Answer, screen, and direct calls. Greet vendors, customers, and visitors. Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Responsibilities- Perform administrative and sales support
- Review and respond to daily internal/external mail
- Perform general clerical duties faxing, copying, and filing
- Data entry including sales quotations and purchase orders in computer
- Resolve customer requests, inquiries and/or concerns
- Liaison for sales team and other key company departments
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Acute attention to detail
- Manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- High school diploma
- 1 - 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area a plus
