Summary ofEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
The receptionist plays a critical role in supporting client and guest services in the Houston office. The receptionist is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the reception area including, but not limited to, greeting, welcoming, and announcing clients and visitors to the Office; assigning visitor offices and badges, as needed; assisting clients and other visitors with car service needs; answering calls;
and reserving conference rooms and maintaining the conference room schedule utilizing the Firm’s online meeting reservation tool. The receptionist also assists in the planning and execution of client and internal events as well as performs various administrative tasks and duties in connection with the conference area and office administration. We’re looking for a polished professional with strong PC skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Hours:
8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Receptionist.
- Strong service orientation.
- Ability to handle all situations with discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
