Position SummaryStagg & Associates, PLLC, is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, excels in a fast-paced environment, and provides exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations. Prior experience in a law firm or professional office is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and visitors while providing professional bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service.
- Answer and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars.
- Maintain client records, prepare documents, and perform filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Handle mail, correspondence, and general office administrative tasks.
- Keep the reception area organized and maintain the confidentiality of all client information.
- Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned to meet the needs of the firm.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience required.
- Prior law firm or legal office experience preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Experience working in a legal or professional office environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
