Position Overview Burnett Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Administrative Assistant for a short-term contract opportunity. This position will focus on I-9 documentation, employee records, and data management using Microsoft Excel and Hire Right. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Review, process, and maintain I-9 employment verification documentation.
• Utilize Hire Right to manage and track employee verification records.
• Maintain and update employee information using Microsoft Excel.
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies.
• Perform data entry, document management, and general HR administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
• Manage assigned projects independently while meeting deadlines.

• Previous HR administrative, onboarding, or employment verification experience.
• Experience working with I-9 documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills.
• Hire Right experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently.
