• Assist customers with their automotive service needs and provide detailed information on available services
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify service needs and explain findings to customers
• Prepare accurate estimates and facilitate service bookings in a friendly and professional manner
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure follow-up on service satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technologies and repair procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized service area to ensure a positive customer experience

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using service management software and diagnostic tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
