Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough visual inspections to identify paint imperfections, scratches, and cosmetic issues on vehicles.
• Properly prepare surfaces for touch-up work, including cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
• Utilize specialized tools and techniques to accurately match paint colors for seamless repairs.
• Apply touch-up paint and clear coat using industry-standard techniques to achieve a flawless finish.
• Perform buffing and polishing to blend touch-up work with surrounding paint, ensuring a smooth finish.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and priorities.
• Positive attitude.
