• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in fleet vehicles
• Perform preventive maintenance: oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, etc.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair estimates
• Maintain detailed service and repair records
• Ensure fleet vehicles are road-ready and minimize downtime
• Stay current with new tools, technologies, and maintenance techniques

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a mechanic or automotive technician
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
• Skilled with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
