As an Automotive Service Technician you will perform vehicle repair and maintenance work in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Your responsibilities will include inspecting vehicles, diagnosing issues, making repairs, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements.

• Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, or diagnostic issues.
• Carry out repairs including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, electrical, and HVAC system work.
• Conduct test drives to evaluate repairs and confirm vehicle functionality.
• Replace or repair key components such as spark plugs, filters, brake pads, rotors, belts, and hoses.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and alignment adjustments.
• Examine vehicles for safety concerns or additional service needs, ensuring all systems operate correctly for customer safety.
• Communicate with the service advisor to notify about additional work or completion timelines.
• Coordinate with the parts department to procure required parts.
• Save and tag parts for warranty purposes or customer requests.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
• Previous dealership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

• Previous Volkswagen brand experience.
• Volkswagen certified.
• ASE certification.

• $25.00 - $45.00 / hour, based on experience, certifications, and skill level.
• Tenure Bonus Program*:
  Starting at 6 months, earn up to $3.50/hour on every flat‑rate hour turned; bonus increases with tenure and is paid annually.
