Lead Organizational Change Management Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to guide and execute change initiatives that drive adoption, minimize resistance, and enhance the employee experience. This OCM Lead will direct change efforts for complex, cross-functional projects and serve as a key partner to business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders. In addition to leading project-based change strategies, the OCM Lead will play a critical role in contributing to the continuous evolution of the Change Management Office.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Implement change management plans leveraging a structured methodology and supporting tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, identify affected audiences, and develop tailored adoption strategies.
  • Create and deliver engagement communication materials, including presentations and infographics.
  • Identify and mitigate change-related risks and issues.
  • Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and stakeholder feedback; adjust strategies as needed.
  • Present change strategies and updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in change management, providing coaching and guidance to project teams and business leaders.
  • Plays a leadership role in contributing to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies, tools, and templates.
  • Builds and maintains positive working relationships with stakeholders and project team members.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience managing and leading teams with hands‑on expertise in navigating through complex and cross‑functional organizations.
  • Proven change management delivery track record (strong planning and execution discipline).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong OCM methodology background.
  • Confident in a fast‑paced work environment; ability to multi‑task.
  • Experience actively implementing OCM methods and measuring their effectiveness to course‑correct.
  • Proven experience providing change management expertise in support of large‑scale process/technology projects and/or other transformational initiatives.
  • Outstanding communications skills and the ability to leverage multiple channels of communication to effect change.
  • CCMP, Prosci or similar certification.
  • Experience presenting technical concepts, diagrams, solutions, and other technical assets to non‑technical individuals.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Skilled at navigating ambiguity and resolving conflicting objectives to maintain project alignment and momentum.
  • Excellent facilitation, interpersonal skills, consensus building skills, and effective decision making.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, and to prioritize own work and meet deadlines.
  • Recognize and resolve ambiguous conflicting objectives.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and experience adhering to structured problem, change, and incident management processes.
  • Willingness to travel to company locations (up to 10%).
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
