Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join Çimsa Americas Team

• Accurately process customer orders in SAP, ensuring timely and precise fulfillment.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports; process and enter quotes and sales data in SAP and other systems.
• Own Master Data Management across systems by maintaining and updating accurate customer records.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products. Work closely with the Logistics Supervisor to facilitate optimal truck traffic flow.
• Generate and analyze sales reports, identify trends, and assist with sales forecasting. Support the daily billing and invoicing process by coordinating input from plants, customers, distributors, and internal teams.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Assist with insurance certificates, customer purchase orders, and vendor packages.
• Oversee both incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Review disputed invoices, support collections and account reviews, and reconcile POs with invoices for key accounts.
• Monitor receivables and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collection.
• Provide backup assistance to the logistics supervisor by coordinating transport schedules and resolving delivery issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• More than 4 years of experience in the relevant field
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Very good command of English
• SAP

• Computer skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, and word-processing programs and email at a highly proficient level
• Candidates should already possess valid residence, and work permits for employment within the country.
