• Manage data and communications across systems.
• Input data into accounting, procurement, and project management systems.
• Coordinate manpower planning and scheduling.
• Welcome customers and potential recruits at the front desk.
• Process and update prefab order forms.
• Print and distribute necessary forms for the shop.
• Coordinate material orders.
• Manage inventory, including stock levels, material audits, and organization.
• Conduct regular tool audits and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee time‑tracking logs and provide performance data updates.

• Reliable, organized, and eager to begin your career and gain new skills – a pathway to larger roles within 6 months to a year.
• Computer skills – MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work in an office 5 days a week in Houston, TX.

Compensation starts at $45,000, with bonus potential and a $10,000 incentive upon promotion. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; a 401(k) plan with company contribution; and on‑site urgent care for prescriptions and health needs.
