Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

• Enhance the efficiency, visibility, and effectiveness of the company’s supply chain operations through data‑driven analysis and strategic insight.
• Collect, interpret, and visualize key performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes reduce costs, and support informed decision‑making across procurement, production, and logistics functions.

• Interpret and classify complex purchasing and supply chain data to understand historical and current services, specifications, and costs.
• Refine data management systems and reporting processes to deliver accurate and quality insights for ongoing decision‑making.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to inventory levels, sales forecasts, logistics, and supplier performance.
• Develop and maintain supply chain models and reports to track KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Participate in the implementation of new supply chain technologies and systems.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop capabilities in suppliers.
• Generate supplier mapping tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supply chain analyst or similar data‑driven role, with demonstrated success supporting strategic and operational decision‑making.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); EPIRCOR preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data and insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• ARCGIS experience a plus.
• Industry knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proficient in oil and gas procurement with a high‑level understanding of the O&G.
