The Project Manager will secure and analyze quotations, negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, and work with end users to ensure the timely execution and delivery of products.

• Accountable for all aspects of assigned projects.
• Provide superior customer service internally and externally.
• Strategically source materials.
• Coordinate with internal support teams for order entry and item coding.
• Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers.
• Lead project-related conference calls and interact with all third parties involved in project management.
• Provide reporting to the project management team.
• Ensure compliance with all established SOPs.
• Analyze and recommend areas for efficiency improvements for DNOW and/or our clients.
• Facilitate the expeditious movement of materials and paperwork.
• Support other Project Managers and Sales Assistants as workload permits.
• Exceed customer expectations in service requirements while maintaining 100% on-time deliveries and order accuracy.
• Maximize operating profits and gain market share through superior customer service.
• Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Strong background in sourcing pipe, valves, and fittings.
• 5+ years of experience in project management and sales.
• Oil & Gas knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Experience with process, administrative, operations, and SAP is a plus.
• Positive, assertive attitude.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Understanding of and commitment to DNOW processes.
• Outgoing, service-oriented, self-motivated, and receptive to direction.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and co-workers.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
