Dutiesand Responsibilities

- Manage travel and onsite logistics with a white‑glove standard that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain absolute accuracy in applicant tracking systems through disciplined AI‑supported data management.
- Standardize workflows for scheduling, communication, and feedback to ensure fairness and consistency.
- Build executive dashboards with actionable metrics that improve hiring visibility and throughput.
- Provide recruiters with operational leverage by handling scheduling and coordination independently.
- Partner with executive assistants, leaders, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
- Solve problems under pressure, restoring order quickly in high‑stakes situations.
- Implement AI‑driven tools to optimize candidate engagement, reporting, and coordination.
- Define clear priorities, actions, and metrics to align hiring operations with company goals.
- Constantly evaluate current processes and recommend scalable systems and processes that elevate executive recruiting to global best‑practice standards.
- Expertise in executive‑level scheduling, candidate engagement, and operational coordination, with proven ability to manage high‑stakes processes under pressure.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and executive‑level candidates professionally and persuasively.
