Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development team member to drive growth across our Houston market. The ideal candidate will have a strong “boots on the ground” sales approach, an understanding of the industry, and a proven track record in B2B sales. It is time to put your sales experience to work and start building a career at TWC Services.

Success Metrics

Responsible for supporting the growth and development of the business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to sales strategies. Research market trends, generate leads, and prepare sales presentations and proposals. Expand organizational client base and achieve revenue goals.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
    Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Analyze data and generate insights to inform strategic decisions and planning.
  • Lead Generation and Sales:
    Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Proposals and Estimates:
    Generate proposals by conducting onsite surveys and preparing estimates. Effectively communicate what was sold and turn over new client information to administration and operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    Monitor regular reports on business development activities and market trends. Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management based on analysis and insights.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of sales, business development, or related experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Extensive Travel
