Sales Representative - Houston, TX

LOCATION: Houston

DEPARTMENT: COMMERCIAL

Purpose

To manage and maintain established business relationships by supporting revenue retention, ensuring consistent service levels, and fostering strong internal coordination across key functions. This role upholds and exceeds customer commitments by driving efficiency, transparency, and data-based decision-making throughout the service cycle.

Main Responsibilities Account Management & Revenue Retention
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure contract adherence.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, identify retention risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support revenue growth through excellent service delivery and proactive engagement.
Service Delivery & Maintenance
  • Oversee day-to-day account operations to guarantee timely and reliable service.
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics to maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Address service issues swiftly to minimize disruption and uphold customer trust.
Forecasting & Performance Tracking
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts to support planning and business reviews.
  • Contribute insights for process improvements and resource optimization.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the link between commercial, operational, and support teams to ensure alignment.
  • Coordinate internal communication to streamline workflows and decision-making.
  • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across departments.
Issue Resolution & Customer Support
  • Act as the primary contact for inquiries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide professional, customer-focused support to strengthen partnerships.
  • Strive to exceed service expectations through proactive communication and follow-up.
Skills & Knowledge
  • MS Office Proficiency:
    Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for analysis and reporting.
  • Internal Coordination:
    Works effectively across teams to deliver seamless service.

    Manages multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
