Process daily invoicing requests on behalf of the business, including purchase orders, invoicing, and customer support. Retrieve and analyze data using dashboards, , and other data management/BI systems. Review data entry performed by other analysts, provide data management, and perform funding validations. Identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations to meet business requirements. Represent team in cross-team initiatives which involves supporting requirements gathering phase through project launch.

Interpret and uphold funding program policies, terms, and conditions in daily operations. Perform as a subject matter expert and provide mentoring guidance.

Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, or a related field and at least two years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the same field with at least five years of progressive post‑baccalaureate experience satisfies the education and experience requirements. You must have at least two years of experience in translating financial contract and program language into business requirements, and in owning financial reconciliations or analyses.

Additionally, you should have at least one year of experience mentoring and training junior team members.

40 hours per week (8:00 am–5:00 pm). Salary range: $95,035/year to $132,000/year. AWS is a total compensation company; equity, sign‑on payments, and other benefits may be part of the package.
