Position: Business Development- High Temperature

Alleima USA LLC is looking for a Business Development - High Temperature role in Houston, TX. If you are interested please go to

Sales Work Focus Includes
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, including securing customer market information, usage, and forecast data.
  • Identify, quantify, and prioritize volume, revenue, and profitability opportunities across existing and new customers, applications, and markets.
  • Manage assigned accounts through regular business reviews, promoting Alleima solutions while providing commercial and technical support.
  • Track, analyze, and report monthly sales performance, opportunity pipelines, and market development activities.
  • Monitor and act on new technology and industry trend shifts in the market. Identify and document opportunities that require portfolio development.
  • Provide technical support to customers by combining Application Development along with R&D teams across Alleima to deliver innovative, value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate globally with the sales organization to align on key opportunities, customer strategies, and market trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Engineering or related field or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum five years of experience in account management and/or business development with proven success. Experience from the Energy and/or Industrial sector a plus.
  • Must be able to travel up to 70%.
