Chief Operations Officer

This is a succession plan hire to become a CEO within 12 months! This is a high growth food processing company with 10x growth over the last 10 years. The company is in a great financial position and looking for a leader who can develop their operations and supply chain to a higher level while continuing to scale. They have two manufacturing plants in Houston, TX.

These plants were both greenfield start-ups in 2018. The person must be located in the Houston, TX area.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Must have food processing and packaging experience

• Strong servant leadership style

• Ability to work in a fast paced high change environment

• Communication of a clear vision, the road map to get there and hold people accountable

• Experience leading manufacturing operations with KPI's and dashboards

• Ability and willingness to lead down a couple of levels when necessary

• Strong financial Acumen

• Customer visits with the sales team

• Strategic planning and the ability to develop a plan for growth and efficiency

• Knowledge of ERP systems

This position includes Base salary + 50% target bonus and equity

Must be based in Houston, TX
