Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our project management unit, the Project Coordinator will support the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels in multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and risk logs.
• Communicate project status updates to all stakeholders and team members.
• Support the project manager in identifying project risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
• Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring alignment with financial goals.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or project management roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Trello.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
