The work is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly impactful, offering early exposure to senior executives and meaningful client engagements.
This is a full-time opportunity based out of our Houston, Texas office in a hybrid work environment. We are seeking candidates who can start in January 2026.

- Synthesize findings into well-written, visually compelling summary reports and presentations.
- Present findings and recommendations during client debrief sessions.
- Manage multiple work streams and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Contribute to FMI's thought leadership by helping develop perspectives on industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, or market research.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Tableau proficiency preferred; comfort with other data visualization tools is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with minimal direction.
- Genuine interest in the built environment and how strategic decisions influence business performance.
