Role DescriptionThe Strategy Specialist Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the sales staff member (Strategy Specialist) within the law firm. This role involves administrative tasks, client interaction, appointment management, and contract sales. The assistant works closely with the Strategy Specialist to ensure smooth operations and assists in achieving sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities Client Interaction- Greet and assist clients, collect necessary documents and fingerprints.
- Maintain a high level, client centered demeanor while handling client inquiries.
- Address client concerns and provide basic information about services offered.
- Manage and organize client documentation and files efficiently.
- Confirm appointments for the Strategy Specialist.
- Assist in selling contracts to clients under the guidance of the Strategy Specialist.
- Provide information about contract terms and benefits to potential clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients to support the sales process.
- Coordinate and manage appointments for the Strategy Specialist.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-up calls to confirm appointments.
- Cover appointments in the Strategy Specialist's absence, as needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Maintaining strong client relationships to ensure future sales.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent presenting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- The ability to connect with clients and discuss often difficult circumstances.
Conversion Rates:
Monitoring the ratio of appointments taken to sales closed.
QA and Survey Scores:
Maintaining a high level of proficiency and meet quality goal.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required for this position.
- Additional education in business administration, sales, or a related field can be beneficial.
- Prior experience in administrative roles, customer service, or sales support is preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
