The Financial Analyst, Commercial Operations (FACO) will support the quotations activity of the business and provide ongoing analysis on products, competitors, pricing, profitability, and sales. This person will be expected to understand EnQuest’s key markets, company technologies, products, and processes to provide meaningful and actionable analysis, along with identification of gaps and growth opportunities. The FACO will also be responsible for developing and implementing key commercial oriented business reports and driving key projects to support commercial activity including quoting jobs.

This person will interact with all areas of the business and with external customers. This person could ultimately move into sales once they have a full and complete understanding of the business. The position requires flexibility and the ability to multi‑task multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.

• Responsible for tracking, analyzing, and supporting the bid/quoting process by developing cost estimates and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with all necessary departments such as engineering, manufacturing, and sales within EnQuest for the development of quotes.
• Provide analysis of critical elements of the business including performance, trends, outliers, and external factors on aspects of the business such as sales, margins, market performance, pricing, and products.
• Manage the deal review process.
• Work cross‑functionally to assess data and analytic needs and support ad hoc requests from business unit, executive team, and customers.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree (BA) from a four-year university in finance, industrial distribution, or similar field
• 2+ years financial analysis or similar experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, and calendar capabilities. Advanced Excel modeling skills required.
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central a plus.
• Desire and ability to grow into a sales role.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protect privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
