In this role, you'll support proactive maintenance strategies by identifying potential issues early, reducing unplanned downtime, and strengthening long-term customer relationships through data-driven recommendations.

As a Condition Monitoring Analyst, you'll evaluate data from multiple sources to assess machine health and guide maintenance decisions.
Responsibilities include:- Analyze condition monitoring data from oil analysis, telematics, inspections, and service history.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks that may impact machine health or reliability.
- Develop clear, actionable maintenance and operational recommendations.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to internal teams and customers.
- Document analysis, recommendations, and outcomes in applicable systems.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and timeliness in data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate across departments to support proactive maintenance strategies.
- Experience in data analytics, data science
, or a related analytical role. - Strong ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Strong attention to detail with effective organization and time management skills.
Skills:
- Associate's degree or technical certificate in a mechanical, technical, or related discipline.
- Prior experience as a diesel technician or in a heavy equipment service environment.
- Experience performing root-cause analysis and identifying machine issues.
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment and condition monitoring tools such as Vision Link, Cat Inspect, SIS, and Foresight
