Environmental Allies LLC - Houston, TX, Salary Range: $55000.00 - $65000.00
Salary/year, This individual will be supporting the Project Manager and Civil Superintendent. This position will support the Civil team. The chosen individual should be able to work independently and in a team environment. They also must have strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented. This individual must be able to prioritize and coordinate their workload, while being flexible and effective in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Support Project Manager and Superintendent
- Review project plans and contract requirements for every project
- Prepare digital project files and print plans
- Maintain daily logs and track monthly production cost
- Prepare project drawings and process submittals
- Pull project permits and submittals
- Prepare project budget, job scheduling, and change order request
- Work with the Purchasing Manager to order materials and help monitor project inventory
- Assist and Prepare estimating and bids as needed
- Effectively communicate with Project Managers and Superintendents in regard to project needs
- Visit jobsites and run errands as needed
- Any other request my management
- Minimum of one year in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree required
- Knowledge of Carlson Construction or Autocad
- Thorough knowledge of project documentation.
- Computer intelligent and willing to learn new software such as MS office suite and ERP Systems
- Must have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detailed oriented and follow-through
- Know how to prioritize and coordinate workload,
- Must enjoy working in a fast past-paced, multi-task environment.
- The ability to work independently as well as in dynamic team environment.
- Flexible to work overtime, based on department needs
Physical Requirements
- Substantial movements (motion) of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner.
- Moderate physical activity performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, works with the fingers, and perceives attributes of objects and materials.
- Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation.
- The ability to work in hot environments/extreme weather.
- Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in maintaining the projects of Environmental Allies, LLC.
