• You'll join a team focused on delivering advanced services, reliable solutions, and operational excellence for critical infrastructure and energy assets. Working alongside experienced professionals across multiple disciplines, you'll contribute to projects that create measurable value for customers while helping build Rosenxt's growing presence in the U.S. market.
• As a Senior HR Manager, you will support a defined area within the Rosenxt Group and advise and coach managers and colleagues in all HR-related matters. In addition, you will translate business priorities into effective people strategies, and drive initiatives across the full HR lifecycle - from workforce planning and talent management to engagement, change and organizational development. You will identify the HR processes and services required and ensure they are delivered in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Implement the global strategy in alignment with company objectives.
• Translate business and workforce plans into targeted HR initiatives and support the implementation of global and local HR projects, systems, and process improvements.
