Group Product Manager, Title Launch Management

Role overview

This is a senior product leadership role focused on the systems and workflows that bring new titles to market. The Group Product Manager will set strategy and drive execution across the end-to-end launch lifecycle, partnering closely with engineering, design, content, and operations partners to ensure titles ship smoothly and on schedule.

• Define and own the product roadmap for title launch tooling, workflows, and supporting infrastructure
• Lead cross-functional launch planning, sequencing, and readiness reviews across dependent teams
• Identify bottlenecks in launch operations and translate them into prioritized product requirements
• Manage and mentor a small team of product managers supporting launch capabilities
• Partner with content, distribution, and platform teams to align on launch criteria, milestones, and timelines
• Track launch health metrics and iterate on the product based on post-launch performance and feedback

• Extensive product management experience, including prior experience leading other product managers
• Demonstrated success shipping complex workflow, operations, or platform products
• Strong track record coordinating launches, releases, or go-to-market efforts across many stakeholders
• Ability to translate ambiguous operational problems into clear, defensible product strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive and cross-functional audiences

• Remote position based in California, with expectations for collaboration during Pacific Time business hours
