Create a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere to promote their development. Monitor and respond to their needs promptly. Collaborate with parents to ensure consistent care.

Maintain open communication and report any concerns or issues. Maintain confidentiality and respect the family's privacy. Obtain CPR and first aid certification. Follow all health and safety guidelines. Excellent time management and multitasking skills required. Must display patience, compassion, and a genuine love for infants.
