Project Manager Commercial Waterproofing

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Commercial Waterproofing in the greater Houston area. The successful candidate will ensure projects are on-time, on-budget and safely completed.

• Overseeing all activities on Commercial Waterproofing projects
• Controlling budgets and scheduling of construction activities during pre-construction meetings
• Prepare estimates through the use of company computer systems and programs
• Build and develop relationships with clients
• Perform other duties as necessary

• 3+ years of Commercial Waterproofing Project Management experience
• Commercial Waterproofing estimating experience
• Experience with Construction Management and Estimating software
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
