Volution Development Group is actively hiring a skilled Construction Foreman with a background in commercial restaurant construction. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader ready to oversee and coordinate jobsite operations with professionalism and accountability. The ideal candidate will have experience running ground‑up and interior buildout projects, particularly for fast‑casual and franchise restaurant clients. As a key player in our field operations, you'll manage crews, ensure high‑quality execution, and help deliver projects on time and on budget.

• Manage day-to-day jobsite operations for commercial restaurant projects, including ground‑up and tenant improvement work
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and materials to ensure workflow efficiency and timely execution
• Enforce safety standards and jobsite cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Superintendents, and clients to maintain progress and resolve on‑site challenges
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specs, and scopes of work
• Maintain daily logs and project documentation, including photos, updates, and field reports
• Lead quality control efforts, ensuring all work is completed per plans and industry standards
• Support scheduling, site logistics, and inspections
• Mentor crew members and help maintain a positive, productive team environment

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years as a Foreman
• Proven experience managing restaurant construction projects, including fast‑casual and franchise work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and shop drawings
• Familiarity with scheduling, site safety, and quality control procedures
• Comfortable using project management software (Procore or Buildertrend experience a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Hybrid:
Primarily field‑based across Volution Development’s active project sites in the Houston area. Some in‑office meetings may be required.
