• Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction workers and sub-contractors. Work closely with construction managers, estimators and internal departments to ensure jobs are completed on time.
• Lead and help train junior crew members. Travel out of town as required by workload and customer needs. Site hours may vary and are not limited to a typical 8-5 shift.
• Monitor and maintain schedules for workers and sub-contractors; assign tasks based on skills, ensure installation requirements are followed accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all safe work practices and housekeeping are followed at all times.
• Brief crew members on daily tasks, track rental equipment, material needs and usage, monitor labor and sub-contractor costs to maintain project budgets.
• Verify task accuracy and compliance with codes, project specifications and manufacturer requirements. Document daily activities, materials used, testing, inspections and visitor logs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure a timely flow of supplies and subcontractor work.
• Operate heavy equipment and perform tasks related to digging, concreting, framing, pouring, mixing and finishing as needed.
• Travel to job sites to support project execution.

• High school diploma/GED
• 3-5 years construction experience leading crews and managing sub-contractors;
  Petroleum Construction experience preferred
• 40-hour OSHA training is a plus
• Equipment operation experience with skid-steer loaders, mini-excavators and rubber-tire backhoes
• Detail oriented; self-starter with strong leadership qualities
• Ability to lift 75–100 lbs and work outside in all weather conditions
