As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and close projects from start to finish. You will maintain a "Safety First" mindset, manage personnel, oversee subcontractors, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Daily field presence is required to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities- Maintain a "Safety First" attitude and sustain positive client communication.
- Supervise personnel selection, training, development, and work assignments.
- Plan and execute projects according to specifications, budgets, and schedules, anticipating and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and daily field activities for optimal progression.
- Lead by example, sharing knowledge and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years managing construction projects over $50 M.
- Proficiency in Primavera 6 CPM, MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
