Our client, a dominant force in commercial construction
, is searching for an exceptional and results‑driven Project Engineer to help senior leaders build and execute talent strategies and drive profitability through executive placement.

• Manage the entire submittal and Request for Information (RFI) process.
• Track, log, distribute, and follow up on all submittals to ensure timely review and approval by the design team, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare, log, and route RFIs from the field to the design team, tracking responses and disseminating information back to the field and project team promptly.
• Maintain and update all project logs using the company's project management software.
• Ensure the field crew and subcontractors have the latest and correct set of construction documents.
• Assist the Project Manager in tracking potential scope changes and cost impacts.

• 1‑3 years of experience in the construction industry, either through internships or previous entry‑level roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field is required

• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Plan Grid) and Microsoft Office Suite.
