Position Summary:

As a Construction Project Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and our internal team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
• Procure necessary permits and approvals.
• Select and oversee subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and manage project progress, quality, and safety.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
• Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders regularly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or other relevant certifications (a plus).
