Laborer Overview

Join our team as a Heritage Links Laborer and contribute your manual labor skills to various aspects of construction projects under the supervision of the crew Foreman or Project Superintendent. Safety is paramount in this role, as any lapses in performance could jeopardize the well-being of our team and the public. Laborer Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Performs manual labor for golf course construction.
• Performs duties such as shoveling, raking, loading, and unloading materials and equipment.
• Operates various types of golf course construction equipment.
• Responsible for adhering to all company safety and OSHA regulations.
• The ability to work overtime and regular punctual attendance is required.

Laborer Qualifications

• Must be familiar with golf course construction.
• Must have worked on at least one golf course construction project.
• Must be able to read and comprehend company policies.
• Must understand and/or speak English.
• Must be able to work unsupervised at times.
• Must be able to learn basic equipment skills.

Laborer Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
• Requires a considerable amount of bending and stooping.
• Overtime and weekends work required.

This role is classified as safety sensitive. Candidates must show the capacity to proactively initiate, effectively lead, and consistently uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards. Compliance with this requirement is a fundamental condition for employment.
