Site Civil Foreman

Reports to the Construction Superintendent/Site Manager or the Civil Superintendent and leads crews in all Civil and Structural construction work for TAS module installation.

As a Site Civil Foreman, you will oversee the civil construction crew, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget adherence for TAS modular installations.

• Assist the Site Manager and Civil Superintendent in identifying and screening employees such as crane operators, steel workers, concrete workers, and general helpers.
• Coordinate daily tasks according to site priorities and plans.
• Regularly report project status to Management.
• Oversee and mentor all Civil craft labor.
• Participate in or hold daily briefing and safety meetings with the crew.
• Delegate individual responsibilities to crew members.
• Work with the EHS Lead to ensure safety practices and company policies are implemented and followed.
• Assist in maintaining budget and schedule for all Civil/Structural activities.
• Ensure that the most up-to-date drawings and construction documents are in use.
• Work closely with Site QA/QC Leads to maintain appropriate records.
• Assist lessons learned process and communicate to Leadership.
• Manage Civil/Structural drawing red‑line process for site corrections.
• Resolve civil/structural conflicts and miscommunications with all parties and disciplines.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by TAS.

• Basic skills with Microsoft Office suite and construction management software.
• Knowledge of construction terminology and practices.
• Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations.

• High School diploma plus construction site experience and training.
• Civil/Structural licenses and formal training are a plus.

• 5 years of experience in Civil construction, including structural and foundation work for modular installations.
• Proven track record of collaborating with various construction disciplines.
• Ability to travel domestically on short notice.
• High energy, driven individual who communicates and interacts well in a team environment.
• Results‑oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Position involves at least 50% desk work and 50% travel. Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, move objects, operate a computer, and perform repetitive motions. Visual acuity required for reading and data analysis. Subject to indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
