We are a dynamic architecture and design firm seeking a hands‑on Construction Administration Coordinator to support project teams during the construction phase. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys problem‑solving, and wants to shape how projects are delivered.

• Support Project Managers and Architects during Construction Administration phase
• Attend site visits, document progress, and assist with contractor communications
• Review submittals, RFIs, and closeout documentation
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for CA processes
• Train staff on CA standards and ensure consistency across projects
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors
• Use construction management software to track and document project performance

• 2+ years of experience in construction, engineering, or architecture
• Familiarity with construction administration processes and documentation
• Proficiency in tools such as Procore, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail‑oriented, professional, and collaborative mindset
• Ability to travel to job sites within a 250‑mile radius of Houston, TX
• High School Diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
