Job Summary

Scheduler – Michels Pipeline, Inc. (Michels Corporation) joins a team that constructs and maintains safe, reliable and environmentally sound utility lines. As a Scheduler, you develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules that support the timely completion of construction projects and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize timelines, monitor progress, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

• Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to optimize timelines.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.

• 5-10 years of experience in construction scheduling, project controls, or a related role within the oil & gas industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent relevant experience.
• Formal training or certification in project scheduling principles or software.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including the ability to forecast impacts and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, management, and external partners.
