Superintendent – Commercial Construction | Houston, TX
I am partnered with a highly reputable and well-established General Contractor in Houston who is actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their expanding team. With a strong and consistent pipeline of work across the Houston commercial market, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step into a stable, growth-focused role with a respected builder.
What You’ll Be Working On- K–12 Education Projects (public & private)
- Fire Stations
- Community-focused Facilities including community centers, offices, churches & libraries
- Tilt-Wall Construction
To be considered, candidates must have:
- 10+ years of experience in construction
- Minimum 3+ years of tenure with your current General Contractor
- Proven success managing ground-up commercial projects
- Ability to lead the field, drive schedule, and ensure quality & safety
- Base Salary: $140,000
- Bonus: Highly competitive structure
- Location: Houston, TX
- 📌 Relocation required if you are not currently local
